Mouse tPA Genetically Deficient Lung Lyophilized from Innovative Research is prepared from a tPA knockout mouse. This Tissue Plasminogen Activator (tPA) Knockout was created by targeted disruption of the PLAT gene. Mutations were then confirmed using PCR genotyping and Sanger sequencing. Organ is flash-frozen immediately upon removal, then lyophilized.
